Description
Beautiful Van Buren Park in Baldwinsville, NY will be the setting for the 2nd Annual Cannon Ball 5K to benefit the Van Buren Elementary School's Fund the Playground Project. The competitive race event will take you through the Park and onto the surrounding country roads and will end with jump (Cannonball !!!) into Van Buren Pool. This year (2017) we have added a 1 Mile Run/Walk as an option especially for the younger runners. The running event will have a mini festival at the conclusion, details to follow. All participants will receive a shirt and a Finisher Medal. The Cannon Ball 5K and 1 Mile Run will be part of the Dick's Sporting Goods Family Fit Series with over $500 worth of gift cards (Bonus Certificates) for age group prizes.
