The course takes place along the north end of Canandaigua Lake!  A beautiful run with zero elevation and scenic views.  The race will begin at Kershaw Park across from Young Lion brewing and continue down the city pier and back to the path at Kershaw.  The course will include a loop around Lagoon Park and finish at the same site of the start - totaling 3.1 miles.  REGISTRATION TENT  AND POST RACE EVENTS WILL BE AT YOUNG LION BREWING!  Kids ages 12 & under run for free! We are also offering a one mile loop option for $10!
New this year!  With race registration comes the option to take part in a complimentary yoga practice lead by Judy O'Donnell of Canandaigua Cross Training prior to race start!  If you would only like to participate in the yoga portion of the day - signup is $10.  Yoga will begin at 8:15, giving you time to check in with registration, and last half an hour.  You will not need a yoga mat - all poses will be standing postures and flows for a dynamic and energizing practice!

With your race bib or t-shirt you will receive $1 off your first beer at Young Lion!

100% of the proceeds from the race will directly benefit the Kalama Project - a mission project started with Father Dominic of Kenya while in residency at St. Benedict's Parish.
