Race Information & Details on Loop Lottery signup

The Leatherman's Loop is a 10k trail race held each spring. The event has been held annually at the Ward Pound Ridge Reservation in Cross River, NY since 1987.

The 31st running of the Leatherman's Loop will be Sunday, April 23, 2017 at 9am. All entries to the Loop are done via the Loop Lottery.

The Lottery entry signup will be held from 12:00am Friday, January 13th through Monday, January 16th at 11:59pm (four full days total).

• There is no cost to enter the lottery.
• Only one entry per person (i.e. you can't answer same person more than once).
• You can enter multiple different people on the same entry.
• All runners who want to run should register.
• If you are not in the Loop Lottery, you can't win a spot.
• Lottery entries are associated with the person entering and winning entries cannot be traded or sold.

Lottery drawing will be held on or just after Friday, January 20th, 2017. You will be notified via email whether you have won a spot in the lottery. 

After selection, cost to register for the race is $45. Shirt is an additional $20. 

Runners selected MUST complete their registration within 4 days (before end of day Tuesday, January 24th, 2017) or they will lose their registration spot and we will notify the next runner on the waitlist. If you opt not to complete your registration, you cannot come back days or weeks later and claim your spot since it will be given to the next runner on the wait list starting January 25th.
