Mom, Do you need a reason to celebrate?  Did you get in that run/walk you said you were going to? Do you need some motivation/friends to get started on your goal? Did you get in that activity with your children? It's time! this fun walk/run is just the right size for you.

 Let's celebrate making healthy moves taking one step at a time.  Being a mom isn't easy but building that habit of movement in the life of your family is #thebestgift ever. ALL PACES and LEVELS are welcomed. So even if you have no experience, just want to begin movement that builds great healthy habits/fitness. Perhaps you are a veteran that wants to involve your children and family then, this #MomsMakinMoves 1.5 mile Family Fun Run is for you!  Grab the kids, family and friends. Let's make some intentional moves and have FUN while doing it!

OOOOOOH! There will be a #MomsMiniMover run! ( A mini race for ages 2-6)  

Sign up for the Moms Makin' Moves 1.5mile Family Fun Run/Walk, complete it anywhere.

Every entry gets you an official FINISHER's medal and RACE bib.

Join us as we CELEBRATE ALL MOMS MAKIN MOVES in their lives!

TO PARTICIPATE:

Register for the Moves Makin' Moves In person OR Virtual 1.5 mile Challenge by *April 25th, 2022*. 

                                                   Register by April 15th to get your name on the bib. 

Complete the 1.5 miles with your children/friends/ family in-person on April 30th, 2022.  

** NO REGISTRATION ON EVENT DAY **

 HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR VIRTUAL RUN:

Register for the Moms Makin' Moves Virtual 1.5 mile Family Fun Run/Walk Challenge by *APRIL 28th*. (*This registration deadline is for the virtual participants only*).

Complete a 1.5 mile Family Fun Run/Walk anytime, anywhere by May 5th, 2022. 

Simply run or walk 1.5 miles at YOUR PACE at a time and place that works for you.

You could do it in your neighborhood, your favorite trail, or even on a treadmill!                                                                                 

We will ship your OFFICIAL finisher's medal and race bib.    

Then celebrate your accomplishment by sharing on social media! We encourage you to show how the good you are doing by showing how you made moves. Don't forget to tag us at #MomsMakinMoves @momsmakinmoves or  IG- @momsmakinmoves_ for a chance to win cash and other cool prizes!
