*********Please note: Due to the overwhelming response to the race, and global shipping delays, we may not have enough medals for participants on race day. Don't worry everyone will get a medal!!! It just may be after the race! We will deliver or mail them to you.

The Lewis County Hospital Foundation will be holding a live and virtual 5K on Saturday, October 23 at the Lewis County Fairgrounds-Leroy Nichols Building.
The event will include a Live 5K Run, a Live 5K Walk and a Virtual 5K Walk or Run.
Participants will receive a long sleeve t-shirt (please sign-up by October 7) and a finisher medal.
A costume contest (with prizes for the funniest, scariest, most creative and best group) will be held and refreshments will be served.
Proceeds from the event will support the Stroke Designation Program at the Lewis County Health System.
