RULES - AQUA RUN
You must be at least 13 years old to compete.
You must wear the brightly colored swim cap that we provide.
No flotation devices of any kind are permitted.
The race includes an 800 meter swim in South Oyster Bay, and a three mile run to and through the TOBAY Beach Bird and Game Preserve. Please follow all directions that you may receive from the lifeguards or other event staff.
Safety is our primary concern and we need your help to assure that everyone is safe.
Participants must practice good sportsmanship and be courteous to the other participants and the event staff at all times.

ABSOLUTELY NO CHECK IN AFTER 8:00 AM ON RACE DAY
From Nassau County: Wantagh Parkway to the end at the traffic circle by the Jones Beach water tower. Take Ocean Pkwy EAST to TOBAY Beach on the left side of the Pkwy (4 miles EAST of the Jones Beach water tower on Ocean Pkwy)
From eastern and central Suffolk County: Sagtikos Parkway south and follow signs to the Robert Moses Causeway south towards Fire Island. After the drawbridge, exit off to the Ocean Parkway west. Follow Ocean Parkway west to TOBAY Beach.

Save the Date! TBD, we will be holding a clinic for the event at the event site-TOBAY Beach on the Bay side. There will be a 10-15 minute open water swim with lifeguards as well as a 15-20 minute run. Members of the event staff will be assisting in the water and out on the run course. The clinic is FREE and open to those registered and those thinking about registering! Please RSVP to: email@example.com
