This two-day Level II seminar meets the in-person session requirement for the RRCA Coaching Level II program requirements. There will be pre-course homework based on developing training programs, and there will be a post-course quiz. To receive credit for this seminar, participants must submit the pre-course assignment, participate throughout the two-day seminar, and pass the quiz with a score of 80% or higher.

Coffee service, breakfast snacks, and lunch will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle for refilling throughout the day as needed. If you have special dietary needs or food allergies, please bring your own food to meet your needs as we are not in a position to accommodate all dietary restrictions. 

A coursebook will be provided, but participants should also bring note-taking materials. 

Level II Program Information and Requirements:

Prerequisites:
- RRCA Level I Certified Coach for 12 months (Coaches may start Level II but won’t be fully certified until 12 months following their Level I certification date)
- 18 years of age and older with no less than a high school diploma
- Proof of coaching experience (Brief essay outlining experience and/or URL of coaching business as part of enrollment form

Methodology:
The Level II Certification Course is delivered in a combination of two formats, providing more than 24 hours of educational content:
- An in-person session with an exam
- A series of online modules with quizzes

Registration and Fees:
The enrollment fee is $25 for RRCA Level I Certified Coaches that intend to pursue the Level II Certification credential. Based on demand, the RRCA may cap registrations each quarter in order to effectively manage the program. Enroll today!

Following enrollment, participants will follow a pay-as-you-go system for each online module, which cost between $25 and $30 based on each module's duration. As indicated above, the cost for the required in-person session is $325.

The approximate total cost is $650 to complete all Level II Coaching Certification Program requirements. The approximate cost accounts for pricing variances in module fees.
