Colony Grill One Mile Community Run

The Fastest, Funnest Mile in the East!

The 2nd Annual Colony Grill One Mile Community Run will be held in beautiful downtown Port Chester, New York on Saturday, March 28, 2020. This is a must-do in Port Chester! 

All proceeds go directly to Caritas of Port Chester, Don Bosco Community Center, and SOUL RYEDERS

Resurrection Outreach is also seeking donations of Food for Caritas and Diapers for Don Bosco Community Center as part of the run. 

Caritas

• Corn  (12) 14.5 oz. cans
• Tuna (4 or 8 pack) 5 oz. cans 

These are items in highest demand that can be expensive or difficult to get from the food bank.  They can be used in food prep and pantry.

Don Bosco 

• Disposable diaper packs (Pampers or other) sizes 3, 4, 5 or 6 

Don Bosco has hundreds of young mothers who rely on them for Pampers and other disposable diaper brands.  They are expensive and not readily available, so DB relies these donations to serve these vulnerable members of the community.

Donated items can be dropped off at race registration or the finish line on March 28th.  Thank you for your generous support of our neighbors in need!

THE COURSE

This unique community event features a fast, gradual downhill, point-to-point course with something for everyone and every dog who runs, walks or jogs. And, the mile race for the serious, competitive runner.

Awards will be given.  Top three (3) Overall Male/Female, Top three (3) Male/Female High School, Top three (3) Male/Female Grammar School, Top three (3) Owner/Dog Team.

On race day, bib number pick up and race day registration begins at 6:45am at the Port Chester Police Department.   Race Starts at 8:00am. The race finishes at Colony Grill, 5 Abendroth Ave, Port Chester, NY 10573.

• Start at Port Chester Police Department
• South on Main Street
• Left on Purdey Street
• Left on Waterfront Place
• Straight onto Abendroth Ave
• Right into finish at Colony Grill

Event Parking is at Colony Grill, 5 Abendroth Ave, Port Chester, NY 10573.  There is NO PARKING at the Police Station/Start.
