Description
Let Fleet Feet Sports help you further your training with our Sunday Yoga Session! Yoga is a wonderful compliment to your physical activity routine. It is a great workout for flexibilty, balance and strength.
This 5 class yoga session is intended to introduce the student to power yoga. This 60 minute workout will be mildly vigorous and designed to help strengthen and shape the body while simultaneously connecting breath with movement in an effort to restore balance. Students will be taught various poses and modifications to help ease into each pose. Before closing out practice we will take savasana, a restorative pose which will allow the mind and body to relax and reintegrate.
This 5 week session will take place from July 13th to August 24th (with a 2 week hiatus)
Please note there will be NO CLASSES on August 3 or August 10th
**This session will be capped at 25 participants**
