Lifetime Assistance Airport Games Totally Rad Race

Now in its 23rd season, we are mixing up the excitement! This 80’s themed, Totally Rad Race will be held Friday, June 10, starting at 6:00pm. Race activities will include, the USAirports 5K Run/Walk, Flower City CrossFit 5K and the Junior Games. Entertainment will include an inflatable obstacle course, Wegmans Zoo Mobile, live music by local favorite the M80’s and beer and appetizers from Rohrbach Brewing Company.

As Lifetime’s largest fundraiser, the Lifetime Assistance Airport Games provides life-enriching experiences and opportunities to adults and children with developmental disabilities including:

• Self-advocacy education and conferences for individuals aspiring to increase their independence.
• The opportunity for students to attend college classes, work with peer mentors, complete internships and earn a certificate through an accredited college.
• Therapeutic classes (dancing, swimming, horseback riding) and specialized camps for children with developmental disabilities.
• Training and support for Special Olympians and important life skills classes such as health and nutrition, cooking and CPR.
• Lift and transfer equipment to provide increased independence and accessibility for individuals facing physical barriers, health and wellness programs, educational advancement opportunities, technology, essential adaptive lift and transfer equipment, Special Olympics training and more.
