Kids Run Long Island - Kids Run Series of Long Island- Sayville, Suffolk County - 2023

Kids Run Long Island, a 501 c3 non profit is having a Kid Fun Run Series this spring, 2020- 3 races on 3 Sundays for kids ages 3 to 10 years old.  You can register for all three races ($5 discount per ADDITIONAL child when you register 2 or more siblings) or register for one or two races.  Pleases note - no shirt is included if you register for 1 or 2 races but you have an option to add it during registration.  PLEASE NOTE- THERE WILL BE A CLOCK AT THE FINISH LINE BUT NO TIMING CHIP IN BIBS.   REGISTER BY 9/23 TO GUARANTEE KIDS RUN LONG ISLAND SHIRT.

Bib Pick up:

Saturday, September 30th 11 am to 3pm- Sayville Running Co, 19 Main Street, Sayville NY

and

Day of each race: Oct 1, Oct 15, Oct 22 from 3:50 pm to 4:30pm at race location- Islip Grange in Sayville

SCHEDULE on day of races: (subject to change- please be at race location by 4:30 pm at the latest)
BIB PICK UP day of race - 3:50 pm to 4:30pm (additional bib pick up times in Sayville from 11 to 3pm on Sept. 30 (recommended)
OPENING CEREMONY- 4:55pm
First wave starts at 5pm sharp.
3 year olds (approximately .06 of a mile)
4 year olds (approximately .15 of a mile)
5 year olds (approximately .15 of a mile)

6 year olds (.20 to .25 of a mile)
7 year olds (.25 of a mile)
8 year olds (.50 of a mile)
9 year olds (.50 of a mile)
10 year olds (1 mile)- must have at least 7 ten year olds registered, otherwise they are brought down to .50 miles.)

We are usually done by 6pm with all waves (these are all estimates which is the best we can do when children are involved).

Cancellation Statement
There are NO refunds of registration fees.

1.  This event will occur rain or shine, warm or cold. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. In that event, there will be no refunds, rather, your entry fee will be used as a charitable donation. You will also be able to pick up your race packets.

2.  If race 3 is cancelled due to extreme circumstances, the race day make up is Monday, Oct. 23 at 6 pm.  No refunds if you are unable to make it. You will be able to pick up your race packets.
