Description
Join us for a morning of healthy exercise and an opportunity to socialize with your neighbors. Participants enjoy hot chocolate and bagels afterward along with an awards ceremony and raffles. All proceeds from this community event are used specifically for programs in Seaford.

This popular 5K Run was a favorite for many runners in the 1980s, as the course is fast and flat with only four right turns.

All proceeds from this event are used specifically for programs in Seaford, such as substance abuse awareness, health education as well as leadership training programs are sponsored to promote healthy lifestyles in our community. We endeavor to make this event bigger and better each year!
