Due to the uncertainty of COVID 19 registration for the 21st annual Arnold 5K Pump & Run and the Arnold 5K will not start on November 1st.
A decision on when the Arnold Sports Festival will be held in 2021 will be decided later this year. The races could still be held on March 7, 2021, or they could be delayed to the Summer.

Stay healthy and good luck with your training.
