On January , 2017 at 10:00 am, CMH will host the area’s only Resolution Run! Just like last year, this event is a 5K run/1 mile walk at Anytime Fitness in Dover.

The Resolution Run is the area’s only outdoor running event that truly tests your dedication to your health and fitness. The way we see it, if you can brave January in Ohio there’s nothing that will stop you from reaching your health goals!

Because the PolarTec beanies were such a hit (and everyone wanted an extra one!) we are again forgoing T-Shirts (because who wants a t-shirt in the middle of winter?) and giving participants PolarTec beanies - perfect to keep your noggin toasty through the cold months.

All participants also will receive a FREE 30-day Membership to Anytime Fitness membership so you can keep you promise of making 2016 your healthiest year! (Yes…their gym is heated!!!) At the end of the race, we will serve hot chocolate to keep you toasty while we hand out prizes.

Gift Certificates for local stores and restaurants will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers. Top three male and female finishers the following age groups also will will receive gift certificates: 15 and under; 16 to 20; 21-30; 31-40, 40-50, 51-60; 60 and older.
