Start your new year off on the right foot by joining the Columbus Running Company’s Walk & Run 101 program. If you've ever dreamt of finishing that first 5K, we're here to help you every step of the way. If you used to run or walk and it's time to make a comeback, come share some miles with us. Either way, let's get moving!
Walk & Run 101 is a twelve week program designed to get you started with a walk or run routine, with an eye towards finishing a 5K at the end of the season. We'll host an initial kick-off clinic where our lead coach will lay out the training plan for you. There, we'll cover the basics of form, nutrition, hydration and more. After that, you'll receive weekly coaching emails and be invited to join our weekly group walks & runs on Saturdays at 8:00am at Columbus Running Company in Dublin.

It all starts the evening of Thursday, January 9th with our kickoff night, so get yourself signed up and then come join us for the fun. Once you're signed up, keep an eye on your inbox, as you'll be receiving a welcome email that includes your training plan and details on everything you'll need to get started.
