The Dave Miller Classic 5K

Experience the thrill of cross country running on this unique 5k course run mostly on grass. The race begins on the Genoa High School track with a start by hall of fame coach Dave Miller. Course is mostly flat (with one hill) with a fast 300 meter finish back on the track. Kids Run (one lap on the track) begins at 9:45, 5k will begin at 10:00am after introduction of the Genoa varsity cross country team. All Genoa Middle School and High School students RUN FREE and do not need to register unless they would like a race T-shirt.

Awards will be given to top three high school runners (male and female), top three alumni (male and female), and top three open runners (male and female). In addition, the top five alumni will be scored against the top five high school Genoa runners, and a male and female team award will be presented. Registration fee includes a Dave Miller Classic T-Shirt and entrance to the post-race hot dog cookout.

Kids Runners (10 and under) DO NOT need to register, and all Kids Runners will receive a finishing prize.
