Swim Labs-Team Toledo

Team Toledo is doing a Team Night at Swim Labs in Holland!  

This is a great opportunity for our members to become aware of their swim stroke by having a video tape analysis done by certified coaches. Each member will have 20 minutes in the swim tank, with video tape analysis and swim coaching to correct your stroke.  Swim Labs in Holland is the only one in the State of Ohio, so this is a wonderful opportunity we have been given. 

Swim Labs pools are equipped with a 360 degree video system and in-pool mirrors, so you and your instructor can see your stroke from all angles.  They have diagnostic software that lets the instructor analyze your stroke and provides immediate feedback, helping you adjust instantly.  Training takes place in a small warm current pool where they slow down your training to learn how to speed up your swims. You will also receive drills specific to what your stroke needs to make corrections. Once the session is complete, you will receive your videos in your email so you can see at home what you did during that session.
