Description
2020 has been a CRAZY year, but nothing is going to hold us back from remembering the sacrifice Brett Wightman gave for his country. The Brett Wightman 5K/Walk & Fun Run was started for a day of remembrance and celebration of life for LCpl Brett Wightman, who lost his life on August 3, 2005, serving his country in Hadithah, Iraq. Brett aspired to be a Marine since childhood and made his dream come true right after graduating from East Clinton High School.
This year our race is going LIVE! All proceeds from the Brett Wightman Memorial 5K will go to the foundation fund, which allows us to provide scholarship opportunities for graduating seniors.
