Compassion 5k

TheBrick.Church will be hosting the 2nd Annual  Compassion Run on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at 2:00 pm.  We are passionate about combining running with local and global community outreach, and we hope you will join us for this exciting family friendly event. We are grateful to be partnering with Compassion International, a leading authority on child sponsorship that uses the child’s local church to break the cycle of poverty in Jesus’ name.

Compassion International blends physical, social, economic, and spiritual care together to serve underserved children living in poverty across the globe. 

At the event, participants will have an opportunity to learn about Compassion International and their child sponsorship program through the FREE audiovisual experience “Journey”. We are offering a 50% discount on any 5k or Fun Run race entry fee for any participant that walks thru this experience. Also, during and after the event there will be a block party going on in the parking lot, so this will be a family friendly event with something for everyone.

- Events: 5k & 1 mile Fun Run
- 5k Course: Course Map
- 5k Cost: $25 early bird until 10/1, $30 from 10/2 to 10/15, or $35 day of race
- Fun Run Cost: Fun Run $20 early bird until 10/1, or $25 from 10/2 through the day of event 
      (The Fun Run is free for kids 10 & Under (no shirt). Select Fun Run 10 & under option)
- Spectator Only T-shirt: $15 and must register by 10/1
- Guaranteed Shirt Deadline:  10/1 - Same day as the first price increase, so get signed up!
