This Team Run Hub training program will prepare you to race in the EWEB Run to Stay Warm 10K or Half-Marathon Sunday, November 18, 2018. The 10K/Half Marathon training program will train together as one group. The training team is open to all levels, whether you are new to running or a seasoned pro. Our mission is to help you set goals based on your current fitness and then achieve those goals. The 10K/half-marathon training program is 12 weeks long and coached by Ian Dobson, Katie Fitch and Chris Esparza. In addition to the run training program you can purchase a complementary strength and mobility package. 

The 10K/Half Marathon Training Program includes:

  • an individualized training plan
  • group training environment w/ weekly coached workout - Tues. @ 5:45 pm
  • weekly supported long runs- Sat. @ 8:00 am
  • free introductory strength and mobility class (Saturday, September 1)
  • team shirt

Strength and Mobility Package:

  • In partnership with the Strength Lab Eugene 
  • 10 ($8/class) or 20 ($7.25/class) class pass options available
  • Mobility class (foam rolling)- Mondays @ 6 pm
  • Strength class - Wednesday @ 6:45 pm
  • Option to attend other Strength Lab classes if M & W don't work for you
