Virtual 5K for the Animals

My best training partner, motivator and friend is my pal George, the Caviler King Charles Spaniel. Its in his honor that I present the Virtual 5K for the Animals. 

I will be running the Seattle Marathon with Team Seattle Humane Socitey. I do this in honor of animals that need a guardian angel to help them.

How does a Virtual 5K work? 

Run,walk, crawl, rollerblade 5K any time in the month of September. Anywhere, anytime. Towards the end of September you will recieive the awsome Virtual 5K finishers medal. 

Cost: 20.00

As of right now. 7.00 goes to the cost of the medal and shipping. 13.00 will be donated to Seattle Humane Socitey. More people sigup, the more this donation will grow!!

The Seattle Humane Society, founded in 1897, is a private, nonprofit animal welfare organization.
