Adeline was a beautiful and bright little girl who brought joy and happiness to everyone who came in contact with her. Tragically she died on October 18, 2012 at the age of 14 months, without no known cause or explanation. Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC) is a category of death in children between the ages of 1 and 18 that remains unexplained after a thorough investigation, including an autopsy. Most often, a seemingly healthy child goes to sleep and never wakes up. At this time, we do not know what causes SUDC, how to predict it or how to prevent it.
In memory of Adeline, we have created this event. Our hope is for a future free of SUDC. Please use the links above to learn more about Adeline, the event details and how you can help! In honor of Adeline, proceeds will benefit The SUDC Foundation by funding research, increasing awareness and strengthening family support programs they offer.
