For 2019 the Pennypack Trail Runners brings you a full day of free entertainment & 2 great race events!!


All day FREE music entertainment starting at 12:30

OPTION 1 is The INDIVIDUAL Beer Mile at 2:30 
OPTION 2 is our popular TEAM 4 X 400 Beer Relay at 3 PM

Please bring your ID to get your Age Verified Bracelet if you will be drinking beer

Bib Pick up is on the day of the event Saturday, June 15, 2019 - 1 PM to 2 PM

Pennypack Trail Runners is organizing this Mayor’s Cup fundraiser relay race and music festival in support of BthePerson.org on Saturday, June 15, 2019, between 12:30 PM to 6 PM, featuring local popular band “Barefoot Bobby & the Breakers” and "Sir Charles Distinctive Entertainment & DJ Services" to be held and hosted by Naked Brewing Company.

 

Chuck’s BBQ FOOD TRUCK
Featuring down-home Texas-style barbecue using low-and-slow smoking techniques. Menu items include sandwiches, like a Hot Chicken, done Nashville style (seasoned up hot, breaded, deep fried and dipped a special cayenne sauce) and Pulled Pork and sides like Whiskey Pork & Beans, made with local distillery, Dad’s Hat Rye Whiskey, Fried Okra, and Homemade Mac and Cheese.

 

OPTION 1 - The INDIVIDUAL Beer Mile:
Charity FUNdraiser BEER MILE RACE where style and uniqueness counts! Each individual will run 4 laps (approximately 400 meters per lap) and be greeted at the START of their lap with a craft beer that must be drunk before starting the next leg. The individual can RUN, WALK or COMBINATION OF BOTH - All paces and faces are welcome!

INDIVIDUAL BEER MILE Pre-registration is only $30 * per participant.
PARTICIPANT MUST BE 21 OR OLDER – please bring ID the day of the race

Awards will be given to the top 3 winning individuals
There will also be a “MOST INTERESTING CHARACTER” Award – so be creative!
Each participant will get a collectible "Beer Relay" Beer Pint Glass!!!

OPTION 2 - The TEAM 4 X 400 Beer Relay:
Charity FUNdraiser Beer 4 x 400 BEER RELAY where team outfits are encouraged.
Each member of a team of 4 will run 1 lap (approximately 400 meters) and be greeted at the START of their lap with a craft beer that that member takes off for his/her leg in the relay. Teams can be RUNNERS, WALKERS OR A COMBINATION OF BOTH - All paces and faces are welcome!

 

TEAM SIGN-UPs...

OPEN TEAM (Individually Paid) Pre-registration is only $25 * per participant. You can start a team that other individuals can join or join an existing open team. 

If you can pool 4 people together we recommend taking advantage of the discount Prepaid Full Team Option below.  However, if you don’t have a full team, no worries, we will be sure to combine teams that are short members.  

PREPAID FULL TEAM DISCOUNT (Save $20)  - Pre-registration is only $80 * when a FULL TEAM of 4 people is registered together (select Multi-Person SignUp Pricing at the initial screen).  You will then enter additional registrants at that time.  Team member switching is permitted, so don't wait to register a team!

 

PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 21 OR OLDER – please bring ID the day of the race
Awards will be given to the top 3 winning relay teams.
There is also SPECIAL AWARD for the team with the most creative THEME.
