The Mountain of Hope Trail Challenge Half Marathon is a run/hike/walk through the mountains of Central Pennsylvania. It begins with a 5 mile uphill climb over trails, old log roads and through boulder fields. Once at the top the trail will continue to wind through the mountains providing several scenic views overlooking the beautiful Amish farm country nestled in East Nittany Valley before beginning your decent down the mountain. Come prepared for steep hills and rocky terrain. The 5K will be 1 mile of uphill incline before winding through wooded trails and then heading to the finish line.
