The Half Marathon will start promptly at 8:00 am, with the 5K starting at 8:15 am.
The Kids’ Fun Run will be held at 7:45 am.
Description:
The Half Marathon and 5K will start near the water treatment plant in Oil City. Both races will be out-and-back along the Samuel Justus bike trail.
Registration:
Registration will be on the Justus Bike Trail before the start/finish line.
There will be no pre registration for the Kids’ Fun Run. Registration and packet pickup will begin at 6:15 AM.
Parking:
Parking will be at the Penelec parking lot, Clarion University Venango Campus, The Derrick's parking lot and at Venango Catholic High School.
Premium:
All Half Marathon finishers that are registered prior to May 15 will receive a finisher’s medal. Raceshirt will be a technical “wicking” shirt and are available for $7 up to May 15.
Timing:
Race will be chip timed with a start mat and a finish mat for the most accurate time possible. The electronic chip will come with your bib number and you will affix the chip to your shoe for the timing process. Overall runners will be scored by Gun/Horn time, Age Division Winners will be scored by Chip time.
Public Safety/First Responder Division:
In appreciation and recognition of all Public Safety and First Responders who protect our community, The PR Run is awarding special medals to the top 3 men and top 3 women finishers in this special Public Safety/First Responder Division, in both the 5K Run & Half Marathon. Top 3 M & F for each division: 19 & under, 20-29. 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up
Top 3 overall M/F, top master M/F (no duplication)
5K Run:
Top 3 M & F for each division: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29. 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up
Top 3 overall M/F, top master M/F (no duplication)
5K Walk:
Top 3 M & F for each division - 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & up

Cost:
Shirts are available for $7 until May 15, 2015. Shirts will not be available after May 15. Any extra shirts can be purchased race day for $10/each.
Nov 10, 2016 to January 31, 2017 - Half Marathon $25 - 5K $15
Feb 1 to May 15 - Half Marathon $30 - 5K $20
May 15 - Race Day, June 10 - Half Marathon $35 - 5k $25
Race day registrants may not receive a shirt and a half marathon finisher's medal is not guaranteed.
