Philadelphia's signature AACR/SKCC Rock 'n' Roll Weekend is flat, fast, and has 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon distances- something for everyone. Join the American Association for Cancer Research Runners for Research team for low registration rates, saving you up to $50 off your registration.
