Linda Creed Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk

ON-LINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.  YOU CAN REGISTER IN PERSON AT THE EVENT ON SUNDAY BETWEEN 7:30AM - 8:30AM .  THE COST FOR EACH PARTICIPANT IS $30.00 (CASH ONLY)! THE 5K WILL KICK-OFF PROMPTY AT 9:00AM.  WE HAVE MANY VENDORS ATTENDING OUR EVENT.  WE WILL BE SELLING RAFFLE TICKETS FOR OUR BEAUTIFUL BASKETS - (CASH ONLY).   HOPE YOU CAN JOIN US FOR A MORNING OF EXERCISE AND FUN FOR A GREAT CAUSE. 

This is our 7th annual Run/Walk for the Linda Creed Breast Cancer Foundation, a non-profit organization that works with the Dale and Frances Hughes Cancer Center, part of Lehigh Valley Health Network Institute. All funds raised stay local to help women in Monroe County in their fight against breast cancer. We thank Pocono Mountain West High School and the PMSD for allowing us to use their beautiful facilities for our race this year.

The race will take place on Sunday, July 14th at Pocono Mountain West High School.  Registration and our vendors will be set up by the track at 7:30am. The race will begin sharply at 9:00am on the cross country trail.  The course takes you along grassy, woods-lined areas, through some woods and will end back on the track in front of the bleachers and your waiting fans! Walkers and runners are invited to join in this fun event. This is the regular Pocono Mountain West cross-country trail.

Prizes will be awarded in age categories for men, women, and survivors.

We will be selling raffle tickets for our amazing raffle baskets.  Please bring cash for the day of the race.
