Coleson's Heart Race

A benefit Race Event to support Coleson Saunders and his family.  This race is a combined 5k, 10k, and half marathon in Shippensburg PA.  All 3 courses are an "out and back" design.  There will be an aid station at each turnaround point to be used by all racers.  Registration will open at 7:30 am on race day.  Announcements will be at 8:40 am, the Half Marathon will begin at 8:45 am, the 10 K at 9:00 am, and the 5 K will start at 9:15.   There will be on site, race day registration but please try to register on line before the cut-off date.
