Description
All proceeds benefit Distant Area Volunteer Fire Department. Registration begins at 7am at the Barrett Bus Garage in Kellersburg (908 Olean Rd., Templeton 16259), canon shot start at 8am. Race course will close at 10am for parade preparation. Annual Labor Day parade begins at 11am; please join us!
Pre-registration deadline: August 17, 2013. Pre-registrants are guaranteed a t-shirt. Late/Same Day Registrants will receive t-shirts, as supplies last.
The Course
The race will take place on primary (paved) roads. Participants must follow course markings, not all portions of the race course will be closed to traffic. Course is partly flat with some hills.
Awards
Awards will be given for overall male, overall female, and first and second place in each age category for males and females (no duplications). Children 14 and under will receive a ribbon.
