+ Where should I run/walk?
Anywhere you want, as long as it’s following the most current social distancing requirements by state and local officials. Under normal circumstances, your pups wouldn’t be able to join you at the 5K, but now they are welcome! Prefer the treadmill or feel it’s a safer choice staying indoors? Go for it! You do the course that works for you.
+ When should I run/walk?
We’ve extended “race day” to a full week starting Sunday, May 23rd through Sunday, May 30th. Find a time of day that works best and complete the 3.1 miles.
+ How do I download my race bib?
Log into your RunSignUp user profile, created when you registered, at runsignup.com/profile. Once signed in, click on “View Pre-Race Bib” located at the end of the list of actions on the right-hand side of the page. Click “Print” to download and wear your bib. While you’re there, use the social sharing tools to promote your participation to friends and family!
+ How can I get my t-shirt and swag items?
If you registered for our “VIP” or “Swag-full” levels, the race t-shirt and other goodies will be mailed to you at the address specified during registration. Register by May 1st to receive your swag prior to race week!
+ How do I submit my time?
Use the new RaceJoy mobile app while running, and your time will be automatically submitted through your phone! Learn more and get set-up by clicking here.
If you choose not to use the RaceJoy app, once you complete your time, scroll to the top of this page and click “Results” in the top navigation. Follow the prompts to log back into your user profile and click the blue “Submit Virtual Results” button.
This action is optional, unless you are registered for the Seacoast Road Race Series and/or would like to download a finisher certificate. The deadline to submit results is Sunday, May 30th at 11:59pm.
+ How do I create or join a fundraising team?
After signing-up as an individual fundraiser, you have the opportunity to create and/or join a fundraising team during the registration process, after the registration process, or without registering for a race at all.
+ How can I connect with fellow racers?
Download the RaceJoy app to your mobile device, and send cheers to fellow participants as a fun way to connect and inspire!

Absolutely! 100 percent of registration and donation proceeds go directly to Krempels Center, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of those living with brain injury. + My kids are registered for the Fun Run - how many miles should they run?
We are leaving it entirely up to kids and their families to complete the distance they feel comfortable with running. We understand some families have space restrictions, and we will honor any distance as "complete".
If in person, there would be a couple of courses set-up as options, the youngest runners (2-5 years old) would be encouraged to do one loop (1/4 mile), the older kids (6-8 years old) would do 2-3 loops (1/2 mile to 1 mile maximum). Have fun!
