I certify that I understand and fully assume any and all risk of contracting any contagious illness or disease including Covid-19 at the Oil City Christmas Past Jingle Bell 5K. In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I for myself, my executor, heirs, administrator, and assigns, waive, release, and discharge any and all claims against The Oil City Main Street Program, Oil Region Alliance, City of Oil City; any and all race volunteers and sponsors, their employees, agents or representatives arising out of my participation in the Oil City Christmas Past Jingle Bell Run 5K. I also release any photos that may involve myself. I have read and fully understand all information provided.
