Our Training Swims provide triathletes and recreational swimmers with an opportunity to practice their open water skills, simulate race conditions and get in a great workout on safe, well-marked courses monitored by certified coaches and lifeguards.  The Training Swims do NOT include dryland or in-water instruction by our coaching staff.

A Season Pass entitles you to attend ALL of our 2024 Training Swims.

Register for a Skills & Safety Clinic when purchasing your Season Pass and pay just $50 for the clinic.  Discount will be applied a checkout.

Our Skills & Safety Clinics are designed to help swimmers of all ability levels become more confident and efficient swimming in open water.  The Clinics consist of two parts: (1) a 60-minute live (or on-demand) webinar offered and (2) 90-minutes of in-water instruction by our coaching staff offered on-site at Marsh Creek State Park

The webinar and in-water instruction are offered on multiple dates throughout the season and you may attend whichever sessions are most convenient for you.  You do NOT need to select which dates you will be attending when registering for the Clinic.
