RVA Yoga Hang classes are suitable for all levels of yogi. The class will begin with a short meditation and/or breathing exercise, and practice Vinyasa-style yoga, which includes grounding, stretching, balancing and strengthening poses. Each registration includes one  drink ticket (21+) to be enjoyed after the class, with 50% of proceeds of the class fees donated to the Richmond SPCA. Please plan to bring your own mat and any props you wish to use. Class will be held inside Smoky’s Training Center in Classroom B.

This educational course is designed to teach individuals how to properly care for cats and kittens in a foster home setting. We will cover topics like neonate care, developmental stages of kittenhood, socialization, feeding, litter box training, basic veterinary needs and the steps to prepare these pets for adoption. Class will be held inside Smoky’s Training Center in Classroom A.
