We are using this website to manage medals and shirts after a race. We will cover fee if the error was ours. Things like running out of shirts, medals, or an award was wrong on race day. If a racer simply did not pickup their award after the race they must pay for shipping. We give these out freely race day but you need to ask for them or attend the awards ceremony. Once you pay for shipping here there is no refund. If we made a mistake on race day please contact us for a code to have this shipping waived.
