In consideration of your accepting this entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages that I may have against Brecksville Trick or Trot, Hermes Sports & Events, Brecksville Kiwanis, the City of Brecksville, promoters, sponsors, their representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in said event. I further attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently prepared for this event. I will additionally permit the free use of any photographs or other recordings of me that are made during the course of the event. I also give my permission for the administration of medical aid in case of emergency.
