In consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I, intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, do hereby release and discharge East Linn Christian Academy, the Lebanon Strawberry Festival Association, the City of Lebanon, the State of Oregon, RunSignUp.com and any and all other sponsors, agents, contributors, employees or contractors, or volunteers from any and all liability arising from illness, injuries or damages I may suffer as a result of my participation in this event. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effect of the weather including high heat, humidity, or cold, traffic, and the conditions of the road, that I assume those risks, that I will pay my own medical and emergency expenses in the event of accident, illness or other incapacity, regardless of whether I have authorized such expense, and that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event. I understand and agree that any sponsor may subsequently use for publicity and/or promotional purposes my name and/or photographs regarding my participation in this event without obligation or liability to me. I also understand that the entry fee is nonrefundable and that I have read the entry information provided and certify my compliance by my signature.

In consideration of you accepting this entry, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound and hereby waive or release any and all right and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against the Event Director, RunSignup.com, East Linn Christian Academy, The Lebanon Strawberry Festival, The City of Lebanon, The State of Oregon and all of their agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives and employees for any and all injuries to me or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during or after the event. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees. I also authorize the use of photographs or videos that include my image for promotional, informational, or other reasons deemed to be in the best interest of the event.

I certify as a material condition to my being permitted to enter this race that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my physical condition has been verified by a licensed Medical Doctor. By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above waiver.
