Dye Hard 5K Waiver
I agree to receive text messages about the race. I acknowledge and agree to and will absolve and hold harmless the “Developmental Disabilities of Clark County” and the “Dye Hard 5K,” their staff, officers, and members, and any other parties connected with this event in any way, singly or collectively, from and against any blame or liability for any injury, misadventure, harm, loss, inconvenience or damage suffered or sustained as a result of participation or in any activities associated therewith. I also hereby consent to and permit emergency treatment in the event of injury or illness. I understand that colored powder will be thrown at me and around me during this event, that it may stain materials or otherwise interfere with the operation of any equipment that I may bring to the event, and that the event organizers will not be held responsible or liable for any damage to materials or equipment that comes in contact with said powder. I agree to have my name, comments, photos, video/audio recordings, or other media used by Developmental Disabilities of Clark County and the Dye Hard 5K in publicity materials including but not limited to: newsletters, brochures/flyers, website, presentations, and public relations activities. I understand and agree that these materials are the property of the Dye Hard 5K and Developmental Disabilities of Clark County. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy.
