In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I for myself, my executors, and my assignees, do hereby release the Coldwater Community Picnic Association, Race Officials, Sponsors and Volunteers, from all claims to damages, demands, and actions, whatsoever in any manner arising or growing out of my participation in said event. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in the event and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event. I also give permission for First Aid. I authorize the use of my name and/or photo taken at this race for any use in any news media or any form of publicity.
