In consideration for acceptance of this entry, I, intending to legally bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrator, do hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages, injuries, or losses I may have against any and all race officials and all organizations conducting this event, including but not limited to the Township of Upper Makefield, Upper Makefield Township Park and Recreation Board, Washington Crossing Historic Park, Delaware Canal State Park, Upper Makefield Business Association, Commonwealth of PA and DCNR, race sponsors and their agents, representatives, successors, employees, officials and assignees for any and all injuries suffered by me in the July 4th Revolutionary Run (Rev Run),10K,5K and 1 Mile Fun Run, however injury might be sustained. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently prepared for this event. I understand that, should I be injured in any way as a result of these races, I will be completely responsible for any expenses attributable thereto.
