2024 Diaper Dash

Healthier Moms and Babies is hosting our 8th Annual Diaper Dash.  Join us as we raise awareness and funds for the mission of Healthier Moms and Babies! Dash alongside friends, family, and colleagues as you enjoy a laid-back, untimed race, perfect for all running levels. Whether you dash as a team or as an individual, we hope to see you there! Your support help provide programs, resources and education that help families lead their best lives.

We will begin at the Parkview YMCA pavilion and race along the Pufferbelly Trail. Parking will be available at the Parkview Family YMCA.

COST & REGISTRATION DETAILS:

• Early Registration ends August 18th at 11:59pm (ET)
• Registration includes a commemorative t-shirt
• Children age 7 to 17 receive $10 discount!
• Kids under 7 and furry friends are welcome to participate, but will not be eligible for awards or a tshirt

5K Registration:
Early Registration - $25 
Regular Registration - $35

Disclaimers: Participants must finish in 1 hour and half or less. T-shirts are not guaranteed for late or day of registration. Registration is Non-Refundable: 

Proceeds from the race will go to supporting Healthier Moms and Babies mission of preventing prematurity and improving birth outcomes in Allen County. Healthier Moms and Babies walks side-by-side our community's moms and dads throughout pregnancy and after. Our nurses and case managers work to help them have a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby by providing encouragement, acting as an advocate and mentor, and providing education. We strongly suggest providing a donation of diapers or wipes with the registration fee. You can purchase diapers through our Target Healthier Moms and Babies Registry and they will be shipped to our office or you can bring them day of. A donation of diapers is not a requirement to participate but greatly appreciated; 

Packet Pick Up

Will be morning of the race from 7:00 am to 8:10 am at the Parkview YMCA Pavilion

You can register at packet pick up but a shirt is not guaranteed.

Dress comfortably for the weather. We will have our event rain or shine, unless the weather conditions are deemed unsafe  

Day of the Race

7:15-8:15am—Packet Pick Up 

8:15am—Hear from our CEO, Paige Wilkins

8:20am—Joey Race Begins (available for those 7 and under) 

8:40am—Diaper Dash Begins
