Before attending Trick Or Trot please self screen:

1. Do you have a fever greater than 100.4 or any of the following symptoms: Cough, Shortness of Breath, Difficulty breathing, Loss of smell or Taste?  If Yes, thank you for not participating until you are symptom free without medication for 24 hours. 
2. In the last 14 days, have you been in close contact (within 6 feet) with someone who has a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis? If Yes, thank you for not participating until you are symptom freeform 14 days after your last contact with them.
