Race Day Details
Please read through the following before race day.
- Location - Cedar Rose Vineyards - 431 Kenyon Ave, Millville, NJ 08332
- Date/Time - October 23rd at 9am
- Arrival/Check-In - Please arrive on Race Day between 7:30-8:30am to pick up your Bib and Shirt. (There is NO pre race day pick up)
- Timing - This race is chip timed. Race bibs will have a chip which will start and finish when you cross the start/finish line. Please be sure to wear your race bib on front and exterior. Do not cover bib as chips may not be read. Please be sure to wear the correct race bib.
- Results and Awards - Results are available immediately and Awards will be presented at approximately 10am for the 5K. Awards will not be mailed to participants. Results will be emailed and are available on this website as well - Under RESULTS Tab.
- Photos - Free downloadable photos will be available to all participants to use. The link will be posted and emailed with 24 hours of race.

- Post Run Party - There will be live music and Buon Viaggio Wood Fired Pizza serving up Oktoberfest Pizza Options. Plan to stick around! It should be a beautiful day!
- Swag - All pre-registered participants will receive a shirt and souvenir wine glass, plus a wine ticket.
- Seating - There are 2 options for seating...
- Cedar Rose has seating with various size tables.
- There is nice lawn space available for you to bring blankets and chairs.
- No Refunds or Transfers
- Event is Rain or Shine
- No outside alcohol is permitted
