2023 GE Cross Country Race

The 2023 GE 6k Cross Country Race will be held on Saturday October 14th at 8:30 am. This is a Greenville Track Club Corporate Shield event.
 

This event is at the Hartness Nature Preserve.  The location will be the same as last year.  Please enter the property from Garlington Rd.  The Address is 500 Hartness Drive.

Socks will be provided to each participant.
 

Online registration ($15 plus processing fee) through RunSignup starts August. 31 and goes until noon Oct 9th. Online registration October 9-13 increases to $20 plus processing fee and ends at noon on the 13th.  Race day registration (Oct.14th 7:00am-8:00am) is $25 and is cash only.
 

Check-in and Packet Pickup for all entrants will be the morning of the race from 7:00am to 8:15am.  
 

Individual and team race results will be calculated and awards distributed after the race.  Unclaimed awards will be available for pickup after the event at Greenville Running Company (765 Haywood Rd Suite F, Greenville, SC 29607).
 

There will be prize drawings at the awards ceremony after the race. You must be present to win.
 

Parking:

There will be plenty of parking available near the start/finish.

Course:

See the Course Map (downloadable pdf) below. This is a 6k cross country race on a closed course, in the Hartness Nature Preserve. The course will be on grass, gravel and dirt with some hills.  There is one crossing of Hartness Drive which will be monitored and controlled for traffic.
