Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Carolinas Superheroes Virtual 5K

Even superheroes need a support system!

Join us in supporting the strong children and families who stay in the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Carolinas by putting on a cape and running this 5K! RMHCC families face many tough times, but they are strong and powerful like superheroes.

RMHCC provides a home away from home that provides comfort, support, and resources to families who travel far from home for the medical care their child needs. By running for RMHCC, you can keep a family, whose child is in the hospital, close by for a night. The house suggests only a $10 donation (no family is turned away for not being able to contribute) for families to stay per night. Your registration fee would be sufficient to cover one night’s stay for a family in need. All additional donations also go directly to the House. 

This is a Virtual 5K, and therefore each participant will have 7 days to log their run (or walk!) between March 6-13.
