Saturday Group Trail Run

Join us this Saturday May 21st at 8am for a fun trail run. We have partnered with our friends at Altra Running and Upstate Running Club to offer you a free, all levels trail run. We will hit the dirt on the 1.3 mile Sliding Rock Creek trail off the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Altra will be on site to provide complimentary demo trail shoes for you to get dirty. 

Please arrive early if you would like to demo a pair of Altra Trail shoes. Available models to try are the new Mont Blanc and Lone Peak. The distance is not set and you can run as many loops as you like. We will be on site from 8am-9:30am. 

This is event is great for all fitness levels and all paces. This is a prefect event if you would like to: meets other local walkers/runners, try trail running for the first time, curious about Altra Running shoes and want to try them with zero commitments, or simply just want to get out and walk, hike, or run a trail off the Swamp Rabbit Trail. 

All paces welcome. Water will be provided before and after the run.
