29th Annual Taylors Turkey Day 5-Can Run, Thanksgiving Day, Thursday November 26, 2020 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. at Eastside High School!

 

Race Day Registration will be near the track of Eastside High School.  Five cans of food or $5 to register for this event and you may run the 5K or run the distance of your choice – One mile, up to a full 10K, or anywhere in between.

 

MASK REQUIRED UNTIL YOU BEGIN YOUR RUN

 

There will not be a “mass start” - Begin Your Run When You Are Ready

This is a low-key, family-oriented event, suitable for runners of all ages!  The track and football field will be available for “Kids’ Fun.”   This year, we are again collecting cans of food and other non-perishable food items for Greer Community Ministries!  Please bring five or more cans of food and help us make the holiday season a little brighter for others.  Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day at EHS track, 1300 Brushy Creek Road, Taylors.  The track is near the corner of Brushy Creek and Kimbrell Drive.  Park in the front parking lot, entering from Brushy Creek Road.  If you are uncomfortable around a crowd, drive through for a no-contact drop off of your donation!

Special needs request: cans of beef stew, spaghetti sauce, hearty soups, and fruit; one-pound boxes of pasta (all kinds - - spaghetti noodles, rotini, elbow macaroni, etc.), boxed cereal, grits and oatmeal.
