Have you registered for one race distance and now have changed your mind? It's no problem to switch distances for yourself up through midnight January 31, here is how! The distance switch process is completed through your RunSignup profile page rather than the Race page itself.  

1. Begin by logging into your account, www.runsignup.com/profile and go to your “Profile” page. See the red arrow below.
2. On the “Profile” page, go to Races under Upcoming Events, again see the red arrow below. This shows a list of your Race(s) that are coming up.
3. Manage the registration for the Race by clicking "Manage Registration".
4. Scroll down to the page footer - and click on "Transfer Event" 

** If you need to make a distance switch after January 31, email gail@virtualroster.com up through midnight February 1, and after that plan to make the switch in person at packet pick up. For race results accuracy, please plan to make any switches race day!

HOW TO DEFER ENTRY TO THE 2025 EVENT:

The deadline to defer is midnight, January 28, 2024. To request a Defer of entry to the one-next following year for the fee of $25, email Gail@virtualroster.com.  An e-invoice will be created and sent via the RunSignup platform.  When the system alerts that the payment is completed, the current year record will be edited to Deferred.  Status can be confirmed in the RunSignup profile at www.runsignup.com/profile.  Pre-paid entry in the following year will be offered via email at the open of the registration season.  The message will include a Reserved Entry link to the upcoming year online RunSedona race entry form which is required to be completed for Active entry status.
