FODAC VIRTUAL Run, Walk 'N' Roll 2020

This year our Run, Walk ‘n’ Roll participants will help raise funds for our Home Medical Equipment (HME) Program by running, walking, and rolling during the weekend of May 9th, at a place of your own choosing away from crowds.

There are many ways you can participate! You can run on a treadmill in your house, walk around your neighborhood, or by roll through a park at a safe distance from others. Or any other form of exercise that makes sense for you! The most important part is that you will be helping raise funds to keep people with disabilities moving.

 
How it works:
 
1. Register for our 2020 Run, Walk ‘n’ Roll by donating $35 at www.fodac.org/donate.
(Please indicate that your donation is for our Virtual Run, Walk ‘n’ Roll in the “Honor of” field while making your gift.)

2. Make your plan for how you want to exercise on Saturday May 9th.
On the day of the virtual event, we want everyone to share videos and pictures of the fun your having during your run, walk, and roll! FODAC will share your posts on our social media feeds.

3. Encourage others to donate in honor of your participation in our 2020 Virtual Run, Walk ‘n’ Roll!
Once you register, we will send you details on some ways to can raise awareness and raise funds for our HME Program. The participant who raises the most money for FODAC will receive a prize and a special shout out on our social media.
