Sandusky Run For Life 5K/1 Mile

You are invited to join us on Saturday, June 29th at the Diamond Trail for the 6th Annual Sandusky Run For Life 5K and 1 mile run/walk. The 5K RUN and 5K WALK will begin at 8:00 AM. Followed by the  1 mile run/walk which will start at 8:05 AM. Price includes a swag bag, T-shirt and a finisher medal; which will be given to all participants. See age group awards below. The 1 mile will not have age group awards, just a 1st, 2nd, & 3rd overall for the men and women.

NEW FOR 2024 - - We have a competitive 5K WALK event. Participants MUST walk the entire 5K course and there will be First, Second and Third place awards for both male and female divisions. If you plan to run any of the 5K you must sign up for 5K RUN!

To guarantee a shirt and YOU MUST REGISTER by June 15th!!! If you sign up after that date you will not be guaranteed to receive a shirt.

Early Bird registration is only $25 until May 1st.

Regular Price registration will be $30 after that until the day before the race until 10:00 A.M.  Registration will close at 10:00 A.M. so that bibs can be processed. At this point you will only be able to register the day of the race. There will be same day registration available for a cost of $35. Same Day Registration will begin at 7:00 a.m. The race will be timed and we will have age group awards for all 5K RUN participants.

AWARDS
1 Mile: First, Second and Third overall, Men and Women - no age groups.
5K RUN: 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74 & 75 and Up.

5K WALK:  First, Second and Third overall, Men and Women divisions - no age groups.

All race awards will be given out NEAR the Pavilion at the end of the 5K race.  SMILE--Finish line pictures will be taken as well. 

Packet pick up will also begin at 7:00. Participants will get a bib, swag bag and shirt upon check-in.

Water, Gatorade and pre-packaged snacks will be provided following the race.

Water may NOT be offered on the course. Please be prepared. 

Proceeds from this event will help support Right to Life of Sanilac County.
