FAQ’s – Step Beyond Celiac Dallas 5K

I can’t make it to the listed packet pick up time, what should I do?
That’s okay! If you can’t make it to packet pickup you can pick up your packet the morning of the event. Registration/Packet pick up starts at 7 am.

Eek! It’s last minute – can I still sign up?
Yes, you may sign up for the event the morning of the race, but we cannot guarantee we will have any event t-shirts left.

I am registered, but I am also bringing a kid(s) under five with me? Do I need to sign a waiver for them too?
Yes! All individuals, including minors, need a waiver.

If I register last minute will I still get a T-shirt?
Sorry, but shirts are only guaranteed for those who have registered before September 16th. However, we will have other t-shirts and Celiac gear for purchase at the event.

I've made a donation and my employer/organization will help match the contribution. Can you share your EIN or can I obtain a letter from you? 
Yes! For any information for employee or association matches, health plan credits, etc. please contact dallas5k@beyondceliac.org and they will send you the documentation you need. Thank you again for making a donation to support Beyond Celiac & Celiac Research!

Is there a map/route available for the run?
Yes, it is on the bottom of our main page.

Who are the food vendors?
New food vendors and sponsors are joining us all the time. For updates and details, checkout our Facebook and Instagram feeds.

Where and when is the packet pickup? 
Packet pickup is Friday, October 11th at The Colony Playtri location.

I am interested in being a vendor, how can I find out more?

How do I create my fundraising page?
You can create your own fundraising page by clicking HERE
From here the site will walk you through the entire process. You can customize your page or keep it generic. It can also be easily shared on social media. You can even copy and paste the link in an email to friends and family members. Thanks for supporting our event!
